Great to see a big turn out for a lap of the lakes on Saturday. The group were honoured to have club legend Sean Darragh out on Saturday and flying along after turning 75 at the weekend, keep it lit Sean.

Last Sunday we had another club social in Mackeys Coffee shop Donadea. To say Caroline spoilt us is an understatement, we had the best of quality coffee, tea, sandwiches and cake. This coffee shop has thrived over the last year with many clubs using it as their regular coffee stop. This is due to the quality, value and service.

A big thank you to club legends Declan and Laura Cullen and local legend Caroline Mackey for organising a great event.

Recently, Mary, Beirne, and Paul D. organised our 3-day annual club tour, which went to Cavan this year. While the forecast was ominous, the crew was blessed, and the rain kept off. The craic and organisation were top-class. A big thank you to the organisers, and well done to those who completed their first 3-day tour.

A big congratulations to Carol, Mary, and Gillian, who completed the IHF Cycle Challenge 2025—Munich to Milan 5 Countries Tour. This 500 km cycle route took in five countries over five days during the week-long trip. Our mighty ladies pedalled through Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and Italy, taking in the best scenery that Europe has to offer.
