Stefan started his career at DHL Express Ireland back in 2006 where he learned every bit of forte of lean logistics and warehousing. After spending over 8 years in numerous positions eventually grow out the Third-Party Logistics (3pl) business environment and moved into a more challenging environment to Biopharm industry.
Since 2014 with Ethicon Biosurgery Ireland Stefan has had the opportunity to experience and explore the magical world of a controlled pharma environment where precision and accuracy is a must to provide FDA approved quality product.
During his professional time he has also completed Logistics and Supply Chain Management Studies Diploma at the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport of Ireland (CILT), Bachelor’s degree at Cork Institute of Technology (CIT) and Masters of Science in Strategic Quality Management, Lean Sigma Systems at the University of Limerick (UL)

Oto’s academic background is in chemistry and pharmacology but his full time job has been in the fitness business for over ten years now.
He is a PT and class instructor with West Wood Clubs in Ireland as well as being a certified nutritionist. His goal and his teaching philosophy is about the ability to gain muscle and recover faster.
Previously Oto ran his own on-line business and this experience coupled with his PT and Nutritionist background made him a natural addition to the WW team.

Warrior style workout 🏆

To full body circuits.
If u wanna have an amazing training in 40 mins and feel like paralysed for the rest of the day, try this: deadlift 8-12 reps bench press 8-12 reps chin ups 8-12 reps dips 8-12 reps front squats 4-6 reps take 2 mins rest between circuits and 15 sec rest between stations 4-5 setts will be more than enough 💪💪😉😉
