Dingle Traditional Rowing / Naomhóg Experience Travel back in time and step aboard a traditional Naomhòg and explore Di**le Harbour. Each boat is guided by a seasoned oars-man/woman.

The Naomhóg Experience is a unique opportunity to get a taste of rowing in a traditional Irish craft. We bring visitors on a guided rowing trip around Di**le- Harbour, you get the opportunity to row and learn the History of this ancient craft. You will get an insight in to the building of the Naomhóg by local man Eddy Hutch, Eddy is renown in the rowing world and has built boats for many years, an

d in his time he was a very hard man to beat in regattas around the west-coast. The 2nd in command is Maunza Heidtke, a cabinet-maker by trade, she has helped Eddy in the building of the boats for the last 20 years and is herself a formidable force on the water. There will be a safety-boat on stand by for struggling crews. We also cater for student- groups and can tailor a training/lecture course to your requirements
