Hi Everyone, our first training session is tomorrow Monday the 10th of October from 6-8pm upstairs in the Sportshall. Everyone is welcome, all you need is some water and clothes you can move in. Looking forward to seeing you all there

Congratulations to Fiachra Heffernan on being named GMIT's karate club person of the year 2020. Fiachra has been very dedicated to the club over the past few years. He rarely, if ever, misses training and helps out wherever he can. It's been a pleasure training with him and seeing him constantly improve and develop over over the past few years. Congrats again Fiachra, truly well deserved!
