Cursa C - overnight expedition 16th-17th for those who completed level 2. E80 for 5 day camp. All equipment supplied.

Beidh mé fhéin agus Ruairi Leddy sa Droighneán Donn oíche Dé hAoine ag labhairt faoi 'Kayak for Console', turas timpeall na tíre ag tacú leis an eagraíocht Console.

Myself and Ruairi Leddy will be in the Droighneán Donn, Spiddal this Friday at 8pm speaking about our wee trip around the country. €2 entry with all proceeds to Console, All welcome.

If you know anyone who is willing to spend 30 days in the Alps in 2016 this might be the post they've been waiting for. All your food, accomodation, travel expenses and ski rental is covered, and you will gain some unbelievable experience in the most spectacular town in Europe, Chamonix. 9 people are selected, 3 go in January, 3 in Feb and 3 in March.
