I’ve been skinny for as long as I can remember.
Putting on weight — and actually keeping it — has always been a challenge, no matter how much I ate or trained.

A big part of that comes down to my thyroid. Living with an overactive thyroid means my metabolism is constantly running high, which causes my weight to fluctuate and makes muscle gain even harder.

But here’s what I’ve learned: your circumstances don’t define your potential.
It just means you need a smarter plan, more patience, and relentless consistency.

Through years of trial, errorand learning how my body truly works, I’ve built strategies that help me overcome these challenges — whether it’s building muscle, improving health, or gaining confidence.

Progress doesn’t always come easy. But with the right approach, it does come.

If you’re struggling to gain weight or feel stuck with your fitness goals — trust me, I’ve been there. Keep showing up, stay consistent, and don’t let your setbacks define you.
