The members of Dalkey Rowing Club would like to extend our heartfelt condolences to the family of Patrick O’Brien who, sadly, passed away last night.

Patrick was a former medal winning member of the Senior Men as well a devoted supporter for many years, sharing his passion with his family—especially with his daughter Saoirse, who has followed in his footsteps and has won many medals for the club in recent years. Our thoughts are with Saoirse and the O’Brien family at this sad time.

What a great day on Saturday at the Dalkey Rowing Club Regatta in Sandycove. The sun shone, the wind behaved (somewhat!) and plenty of cups and medals were won! 🏆🥇🥈🥉🚣‍♀️👏
