What a morning! 🏊‍♂️ Our young swimmers got to meet Darragh Greene Darragh Greene — and he was an absolute superstar and a total gent.

He got in the water to demonstrate, then answered every question the kids threw at him. Brilliant messaging too: sleep, hydration, strength work, and keeping up other sports all matter. He also shared that he wasn’t a medal winner in his younger years — proof you don’t have to peak early.

The coaches learned a few things as well! 😄

Huge thanks to Austin for the introduction, and to Ann and Mairead for pulling it all together. 💙

🌊 CONGRATULATIONS, FRANCESCA! 🏅

Our Masters swimmer took on the RNLI Union Hall Swim in Glandore Harbour — 2km of open water — and came out the other side smiling. Because that’s just how she does it. 💙

Swimming for a cause that saves lives at sea, and reminding all of us that it’s never too late to chase the next challenge.

So proud of you, Francesca. Same energy, next swim. 👏

These three absolute beasts from our Masters Swimming Team powered through and claimed the win.
