Running Streak Ireland Run every day! Running under one's own body power can occur on either the roads, a track, over hill and dale, or on a treadmill. (www.runeveryday.com)

The official definition of a running streak, as adopted by the Streak Runners International, Inc., and United States Running Streak Association, Inc., is to run at least one continuous mile (1.61 kilometers) within each calendar day under one's own body power (without the utilization of any type of health or mechanical aid other than prosthetic devices). Running cannot occur through the use of canes, crutches or banisters, or reliance on pools or aquatic devices to create artificial buoyancy.

🎉A heartfelt thank you from all of us at to local Kildare , Brendan Loughlin, and to everyone who participated in the annual Naas Town 10km & 5km Family Fun Run on Sunday, 29th September. 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

It was an incredible day and enjoyed by one and all! 🥳 This year’s run raised an amazing €5,000, which will provide 277 hours of at home nursing care for the 33 families we currently support across Co. Kildare. 🧡

A huge congratulations and sincere thanks to Brendan for his dedication and hard work in making this annual fundraiser such a success year after year. 🙌🎊
