10 Class Blast 💥
10 x 30minute sessions in 6 days
Mon - Fri @ 6.45pm
Tue - Fri @ 6.45am
Sat 8am (cardio and coffee for all) 😜

Mix of HIIT - Metcon - Weights - Circuits - Partner workouts - lots and lots of fun to be had wile you focus on getting stronger and fitter!

The challenge - complete them all to win a prize - or as many as ya can for bragging rights 😆
