Missing wedding ring 💍

Someone lost a wedding ring in the Ards forest park on Saturday - when you are out walking can you keep your eyes peeled for a gold band and if you find it can you please contact this page or hand it in at the coffee hut. Thanks.

The sun made a welcome appearance today for today’s Ards Forest parkrun - perfect running conditions. Well done to the 114 runners and walkers 👏

Huge congratulations to Eugene McGinley , who completed his 250th parkrun with us - a milestone worth celebrating with friends.

We also welcomed 9 people doing their very first parkrun 👏 as one of the aims of our parkrun was to get more people running/walking we are delighted.

Well done and thank you to the 57 walkers, runners & joggers & dog for coming along this morning not deterred by the rain ☔️. A special welcome to the ladies from Antrim over to visit us.
Thanks as always to the 14 volunteers for making it all possible.

Rain has stopped and near perfect run or walk conditions.!
