Change can be happy and welcomed or it can be overwhelmingly scary! However, whether good or bad, change is one of the most constant things we will go through as humans.

In light of the week we have had and counting down our last month, let's keep the positive and welcoming atmosphere we have always had going. It's the very atmosphere we are sad to lose and which has made this week a hard one, that will be the very reason we will have a great last month coming up to Christmas! 💛

We can't control what has happened or what is to come but we can control what we make of the next month in our classes, PT sessions and how we treat each other when training on the gym floor. Let's be grateful for the time F1T Grange has had and each training session to come over the next month.

It's not over yet though, we are still here for anything you need and we will be bringing the same energy to the gym each day between now and the final one!

Time To Say Goodbye.

We would like to start by thanking every gym member, class goer & PT Client both past and present for all your support.
As many will have noticed we have been restricting the length of packages being sold in recent weeks, for both PT Packages and memberships.
This was due to our lease being up for renewal on Dec 31st of this year.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to take on the new terms of the lease. We have been working tirelessly to explore all avenues but to no avail.

December 16th will be our last day open. We are unable to go any further, as we will need to clear out all equipment before Christmas.

We have had an incredible 3.5 years since taking over the lease from Health & Fitness. The only small bit of solace that we can take right now is the atmosphere created back then is stronger than ever before. Looking at our class goers, PT clients and members it is a tough pill to swallow but one we must now accept.

The atmosphere in F1T Grange has been special and special credit must be given to all staff past and present. The bond that was created was kept and strengthened through three lockdowns.
It was inspiring to experience.

We fully intend on keeping that atmosphere going right to the end , with all classes, members and of course each personal training session.

All memberships will be at special price but will strictly expire on Thursday December 16th, 2021.

From all of us, we wish it was better news but Thank You So Much for Everything!!!

💥If we don’t challenge ourselves & always fear failure, how are we ever suppose to experience growth?

💥Try writing down 1-3 things that challenge you or frustrate you that you would like to face. Example, “ I hate doing push-ups, I get frustrated & give up while doing them”

Can you preserve & push through to the end of the time or reps next time? 💪🏼
