I am a mobile personal trainer now working in the Whitechurch and Carraig na bhFear areas looking for new clients who want to improve their health, fitness and appearance. These classes can be for men and women of all ages, from 18 to 80 and people of all fitness levels from beginners to advanced! I offer a range of different classes, from personal training to group sessions, dietary advice to individual goals, circuit classes to boot camps, couch to 5km to marathon training and lots more!

I hope to start back to Circuit Classes with a FREE TRIAL CLASS on Wed sept 2nd from 7.45 to 8.30 in Scoil an Athar Tadhg, Carraig na bhFear. Classes will begin properly on Sept 9th!

Circuit Classes are a mixture of high and low intensity exercises suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

😎☀️ ⚽Summer Camp Update⚽☀️😎

Tomorrow is the start of this year's Summer Camp!🏀⚽⛹🏾‍♀️

Just a few things to remember:

🔴Registration is from 9.45 in Halla Dhiarmada so please come early to ensure we register everybody as quickly as possible

🟢All the kids will need is their lunch, a drink, comfy clothes, a coat(with their name on it) and loads of energy! Please do not include any treats until Friday to promote healthy eating.

🔴Absolutely NO NUTS are allowed as we do have children attending with nut allergies. If your child has any medical issues, please let me know in person on the first morning.

🟢FOR DROP OFFS in the morning from 9.50, no earlier and please bring your child into the hall.

🔴AT HOMETIME, the kids will be brought out to the basketball courts, weather permitting.

🟢If you have any questions, please txt and I will get back to you on 0871209020.

🔴Camp is Tueaday to Friday, 10 until 2.

🏑 **Win a Signed Cork Jersey & Support the Club!** 🔴⚪

We are delighted to raffle a signed Cork players' jersey as part of a club fundraiser. With Cork enjoying a fantastic season, this could become a very special piece of memorabilia!

**Lines are available at:**

* €5 for 1 line
* €10 for 3 lines

All funds raised will go directly back into the club to support our teams and activities.

The draw will take place on the Friday of All-Ireland Final weekend, with the winner selected using a random number generator. There will also be spot prizes for second and third place.

To purchase a line, the jersey will be in the Arches bar and lines can be bought there, the option to buy lines at the clubhouse will be available Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays also, or contact a club member and they will point you in right direction

Who will get a Clean Sweep!?

Please help us to raise some funds for our clubs Athletic Development. While we have made great progress in terms of slowly upgrading our gym, and running some beneficial coaching workshops, there is still loads we can do to maintain the already high standards throughout all ages in the club

We’ve partnered with the Raise The Game Platform to bring you a fun and enjoyable predictions competition based around the Munster and Leinster Hurling Round Robin group stages.

Following the following steps to participate:
Step 1:

On the homepage click on *Create an account* using your email address and password.

Step 3:
Once you have create and logged into your account go to *Available Competitions.*

Step 4:
Join the Carraig na bhFear Clean Sweep competition by paying the 20€ entry fee

Step 5:
Click on *My Predictions* and make predictions on what the results of the 1st round matches in the Munster/Leinster round robins will be.

For further details on how the competition works click on *Information* once you’ve joined the competition.
