What started as a little idea has grown into weekly classes, new faces, familiar faces, retreats, pop-ups, events and so many lovely moments along the way.

I’m incredibly proud of what ECP has become, and so grateful to everyone who has supported me over the past year, whether you’ve been coming to classes every week, joined me for an event, recommended me to a friend, or simply followed along here 💕

We’ve had a little calendar clash, so our East Cork Escape is moving from Sunday Sept 20th to Saturday Sept 19th — and we’re so excited to spend the day with you! 🤍

Thank you to everyone who came along to our second Pilates, Pizza & Prosecco evening. It was a magical event thanks to the amazing venue and delicious Pizzas made by the one and only Fabrizio.

Of course it all comes down to the amazing women who have helped create a wonderful Pilates community here in East Cork. Thank you 🤩 Last but by no means least my fabulous husband Dec, in his happy place on the decks setting the perfect tone for the evening - you’re the best 💕

✨ Pilates, Pizza & Prosecco is back! 🧘‍♀️🍕🥂

After such a lovely first evening, I’m hosting another Pilates, Pizza & Prosecco night on Thursday, 20th August, 7pm at Inch Hideaway.

Join me for a relaxed summer evening of movement, great food and good company.

We’ll start with a feel-good Pilates class, then enjoy delicious pizza, a glass or two of prosecco and chilled summer tunes while we unwind together.
