Whether it's climbing to improve personal performance or getting competition ready, squad coaches will provide challenges and opportunities for young climbers to improve their climbing performance through structured training sessions twice a week.

The challenge will consist of 15 leads, starting at 6a and finishing at 7a+, you will have 2 weeks to complete the challenge, score yourself through vertical life, scoring will be per attempt needed to top the route, download the vertical life app, check out the Awesome Walls Cork page and join the challenge. 🧗🧗🧗
