MOTIVATION.... Where does it come from, how do we stay motivated?!
People aren't always motivated, did you realise that?? Sometimes we don't want to go for our walk or do our workout or cook a meal and that's ok but sometimes we need to give ourselves a kick up the 🍑 and get it done. 9/10 we'll feel better for it 🤷‍♀️❤️

I also get to know my clients on a very personal level and we definitely build up great friendships. Marella has been so inspiring to me, constantly pushing her boundaries and working her butt off, she's amazing 😍😘

You guys..... I attempted to go to the gym this morning!! I got there, went inside, did a little leg circuit or two but felt so weak and tired and had an overall feeling of not wanting to be there!! I left after 20 mins.. Now before I would have beaten myself up for not sticking at it cos that's what I'm supposed to do, right?? Well no, I didn't have it in me and that's ok, sometimes we won't feel as strong as we did yesterday or tomorrow and that's ok too!! We need to be kinder to ourselves and one another 😍😘

Meal prepping doesn't have to be hard and time consuming.. Literally flavoured the chicken, 25 mins in the oven, microwave rice, 2 mins, a bag of mixed greens with a sprinkle of cheese on top.. Easy peasy, lunch for four days in 30 mins 😋 I hope you all had an amazing weekend 😍😘

Trained legs today and while I couldn't get my squats as deep as I might like I did them and I feel damn good. My knee is holding it's own at the mo so fingers crossed it's on the mend.. Happy Tuesday all 😍😘
