Launching my next Yoga and Hiking holiday - a week in sunny Spain next October!
Fancy a week staying in a lovely villa, set in a farm with ancient olives, fruit trees, tropical gardens and a pool? Daily morning Yoga, followed by substantial home-cooked brunch, after this the time is yours - relax by the pool, book a massage, stroll into town or join me for a hike in the hills- with different routes and distances over the week - explore at your own pace!
As ever, I try to keep my events affordable - 7 days, brunch and Yoga, all for 480euro - Pretty good deal, I reckon!

Coming up next Saturday! I haven't been teaching a lot of Acroyoga recently, but still practicing on a regular basis, still learning new things... but also, really reconnecting with what drew me to this practice in the first place- that it's deeply connecting, empowering, and above all it's bloody good fun! If you've never tried Acroyoga before, this workshop will build your confidence- come and surprise yourself with what's possible!

New Vinyasa Yoga course starting tonight, designed for beginners! Please don't be discouraged by thinking 'I'm not flexible', 'I'm too old', I'm really unfit' etc... The hardest thing can be to take that first step... but no-one ever regretted it as far as I can see!
Gentle pace, detailed explanation of the postures, supportive atmosphere.
A couple of spots left... joining up next week is also an option.
