AK Kettlebells Cork Kettlebell Burn & Tone Classes at The Blarney Golf Resort, Cork. What is kettlebells?

Started in October 2012, this class held in the Blarney Golf Resort(Tower/Blarney area) is for all levels of fitness. Kettlebells are solid cast iron weights that look like a cannon ball with a suitcase handle. Using a century old technique developed in Russia, a typical kettlebell routine builds functional muscular strength by mimicking movements in your everyday life such as picking up grocery b

ags, gardening or even flipping a mattress. A single routine will use all ranges of motions so joints and muscles are strengthened from all angles. Benefits:

•boost your energy levels
•reduce stress and tension in your body

Equipment you will need: workout clothes, running shoes, water bottle and a towel.
