Boxercise: This is a low impact high intensity class based on all the fitness principles of boxing, expect to burn up between 500 and 700 calories per hour in this fun and action packed class. This interval style training class is excellent for weight loss and muscle tone, a boxing training workout leaves the lean look rather than bulk, you will learn to hit the focus pads, bob and weave and punch your way to that perfect physique! The workout uses the entire body arms, legs and the time flies as you work on body movement, agility and momentum. Correct technique takes practice and good instruction. Soon you’ll become more comfortable with the punches enabling you to punch faster and burn even more calories. If you stick with boxercise workouts you’ll get cut, you’ll get definition and you “will not” gain bulk. Boxercise pulls all the pieces together. Hitting the pads can be a release of your aggression and anger, and it’s a phenomenal workout. Best of all, it’s fun and relatively inexpensive.

So don’t just sit there – get your gloves on !!!!!!
