Hi all - I am going to hold an online FRP class on here next week.

I am thinking WednesdaynorFriday morning.

We will have a gofundme page linked up here over the weekend and any donation would be amazing - little or large.

Stephen from DeepRed Productions will give more information later today about the cause we are fundraising for. I hope you all come online and enjoy the session and the fun we will undoubtedly have.

It will be great to see you all.

Hi all

I know it has been a long time but I've been asked to do an online FRP workout

We have 592 people on the page - if we can set a GoFundMe page and raise some money for charity I would be more than happy to do a workout for all involved here.

Hi all

I know it's been a while but I want to share something amazing with you guys.
On March 20th I was certified as a DDPYoga certified instructor. There is no other Irish DDP YOGA instructor on the island so I am extremely honoured. (Although I am presently not on the island myself 😂😂)

This workout is what inspired this FRP group and amazing class to be formed and I want to thank each and every person on here who came and supported the class in the Mahon Community Centre and pushed me to go even further and get this certification.

Hi all.

It's been a while.

Delighted to say that I just got done with my first FRP class with the Volsungur FC team in Husavik tonight and like all of you - They Rocked and OWNED it.

Miss you all - Just wanted to let you know we are still Rocking and Or Rolling all over the world ☘☘☘☘👍👍👍😉😉😉

My sister Marian Heffernan has opened a sports injuries clinic in Douglas, Cork.

Johnny here in India - I haven't been on the page in months but I want you to know that I appreciate all that we achieved as a small start up class - we had a great time and had amazing results- giving people a chance to work out happily and safely in a fun environment
