We host teacher trainings, events and workshops. We have class suitable for all levels from beginner to advanced.

Progress your Practice - New Class!!

This class will be fun and challenging.
Each month will follow a specific theme or peak pose, giving you an opportunity to see real progression. By practicing key drills and poses week to week, you'll build familiarity, deepen your understanding and notice the results that come from consistency and repetition.

Progress your practice- Yoga 3

Progressing Your Practice is for those who already have a consistent yoga practice and are ready for challenge, exploration, and play.

This class is rooted in a vinyasa-style flow to regulate the breath and build heat. Within that structure, we incorporate targeted drills to develop strength, mobility, and confidence as we work progressively toward peak poses.

You’ll explore different entries, transitions, and variations, helping you understand not just how a pose looks, but how it’s built—and how to move into it with control and intention.

Each month follows a specific theme, giving you the opportunity to see real progression in your practice. By revisiting key drills and asanas week to week, you’ll build familiarity, deepen your understanding, and notice the results that come from consistency and repetition.
