✨ A rare space has just opened… ✨

Our Spanish retreat at the stunning Vivood Landscape Hotel sold out away to The Yoga Tree mailing list and never even made it to Instagram — but a room has just become available, so I wanted to share it here 🤍

This is a 4 day / 3 night luxury retreat in the mountains of Alicante, staying in the breathtaking Michelin Key Vivood Landscape Hotel with panoramic views in every direction. Expect 7 yoga / pranayama / breathwork practices, all centred around the Five Elements, plus beach yoga and tapas lunch in Altea, a scenic reservoir hike followed by lunch in a local traditional Spanish restaurant, and plenty of time to fully rest and unwind.

Everything is beautifully taken care of — all meals included, including elegant three-course evening dining, all drinks with dinner (alcoholic & non-alcoholic), transfers to and from Alicante Airport, and the full 5 Elementos spa experience (normally €99 per person). You genuinely won’t have to plan or organise a thing — just get yourself to Spain and let us take care of the rest 💅🏻

Still buzzing after our gorgeous day at the stunning Sunday! ✨ It truly felt like we were whisked away to another world — especially with the twinkling lights of the Christmas trees making the whole place feel even more magical. ✨🌲

And what better way to reset our energy than with 5-star palace service, delicious food, amazing company, lots of yoga, a walk, and a little inspiration from the fabulous Cathy at — thank you so much for all your help on the day also 🫶🏻

Yipee STUDIO classes are back next week 🙌🙌

I know it's terrible to say but I am kind of looking forward to getting back to a routine 🫣
And I love love teaching my classes so am extra thrilled to be back to studio classes next week 🙌🙌

I am so grateful to be teaching in 2 fab venues with a great selection of classes in different styles, levels, locations and times. Some classes are already FULL but have waiting lists open so please do message me if the class you want to join is full, spaces always free up.
