What an epic day was had at the Munster G4M&O blitz in Mallow. Our Rockets played fantastic football and showed amazing dance skills. Well done to all of the other amazing teams yesterday it was such good fun. Thanks to our amazing committee and coaches for making the day so special.

Huge Thanks to The Meela Moos G4M&O for inviting our amazing Team Rockban Rockets down to west cork for a fantastic Blitz where all funds went to Arc House. Thanks so much Moos our girls and coach John had a great day
