Just goes to show it’s no quick fix. If you’re signing up for PT for a 4 week miracle then you’re signing up for all the wrong reasons. It takes time a patience to get results.
Think of it as a lifestyle change, put in the work, and the results will come ✌🏾

"I've learned so much, about different exercises, how to do a squat and not look like bambi 😊 , importance of form, food, consistency, how to talk to your glutes (Fintan the glute whisperer taught me that one), and so much more.. to be honest from the first session I got completely hooked and maybe a bit obsessed. I love being pushed further and feel, thanks to yourself and all of the team, that I have achieved something I wouldn't have managed on my own.
I still know there is more to learn - like whats the big deal with wearing black and navy together.. where Eoin gets his energy from (I suspect its his beard)...and how Fintan always manages to come up with new ways to make your whole body scream.. he should defo patent that landmine side lunge exercise!
