I'm beyond proud to introduce ballincollig taekwondo's newest black belts. Ms Marta Calyj, Ms Maria Pluta and Ms Anya Singh. 🥋🥋🥋

These students have put in countless years of hard work to get to this stage. With sacrifice and determination they successfully passed the black belt test which is a difficult and long day of testing multiple different aspects of taekwondo. 👊🏽
I'm delighted to see their efforts rewarded and this is now the beginning of a new chapter for them.

We now have a ninja class for 4-5 year olds on at a later time of 5:15-6pm every Monday at Ballincollig Taekwon-do.

⏰Hopefully this new time will facilitate those parents who want the benefits of martial arts for there kids but cannot make the earlier time on a Friday due to work.

🥋Our ninja class is designed to build confidence, strength, teamwork and discipline in a fun environment.
Our new Monday class starts the first week of October.
