1) Pull from your active range, not everyone has the same mechanics or mobility, raise the bar on plates to your active range

2) Focus on driving the hips forward while keeping the spine neutral
---
3) Chin remains tucked and abs stay braced to support the spine. Dont look up excessively while pulling

4) Shoulders stay in front of your hips at the top and in line with your ankles at the bottom
---
5) Avoid lumbar extension

6) Exhale at the top
