A huge thank you to all the schools who have welcomed the Marine Roadshow since we launched in September. I’ve been so impressed by the enthusiasm and fascination for the marine world shown by young people right across Cork.

🚑 Fully Certified 1-Day First Aid CROSSHAVEN 🚑

We are running a Fully Certified First Aid Course for anybody (aged 16+) looking to gain new skill or update old ones!

📅 Date: Thursday 2nd April
(Additional course on 9th April depending on demand)

This course is a must for anyone looking to gain essential first aid knowledge and potentially life-saving skills.

Participants will receive a PHECC recognised 2-year Cardiac First Responder (CFR) certification, along with additional basic first aid training.

The course is highly interactive and hands on throughout.

🩺 What You’ll Learn:
• CPR
• Defibrillator (AED) use
• Choking response
• Stroke recognition
• Heart attack response
• Basic First Aid

📍Course Details:
• Venue: Crosshaven Community Centre
• Time: 09:00 – 15:00
• Age: 16+
• Instructor: PHECC FAR Instructor, Registered Teacher, Garda Vetted
• Price: €95 per person
