U14s Division 1

Ringmahon Rangers - 2
Park Utd - 1

The Under 14 A Ringers were out in league action again today against Park United in Ringmahon Park in the early kick off.

After back to back promotions and a league win in 2025, the lads find themselves in Division 1 of the u14s Cork Schoolboys League.

An even first half ended 0-0, with both teams playing on the break.

The second half saw Ringmahon come alive, with Max Kunysz leading by example up top and Warren Hyde outstanding at the back alongside Jacob O’Connell.

The deadlock was finally broken when Joey O’Connell did brilliantly to bring the ball down before playing it into the middle to Max Kunysz, who took a touch and unleashed a fantastic strike from 30 yards to put the Ringers 1-0 up. ⚽🔥

Park pressed and found an equaliser from a corner against the run of play.

But our lads kept going and after the Park keeper was sent off, they got their reward when Josh O’Flynn, cool as you like, sent the keeper the wrong way from the penalty spot to win the game for the Ringers.💪⚽

Man of the Match: Warren Hyde, who was outstanding throughout. 👏

U13 CWSSL Premier Division

Leeside 0–1 Ringmahon Rangers

Ringmahon opened their league campaign away to a highly fancied Leeside team, and the girls went about their business from the off.

Chances fell to Shunagh Onoh, Higgins Swords and Heffernan, but there was no luck in front of goal.

We battled hard to get the upper hand in the game, with our back line of Willow, Roisin, Zoe and Suin immense. In midfield, Lexi, Kaylee and the impressive Ava Stack were winning their duels, while wingers Heffernan and Shunagh Onoh were a constant danger, with Higgins and Onoh dropping in and creating openings.

The second half began with more of the same, and Ringmahon started to use the bench. Brooklyn O’Brien played a ball down the line, which was played across to Shunagh Onoh, who sent a superb shot into the top right-hand corner, giving the keeper no chance.

We then marshalled the game out, with Downey and Mulconry making big contributions.

A huge win against a team who finished 3rd in a very even league last year.

Well done to all 14 girls. ❤️🖤⚽️

Beamish Stout Munster Senior League Premier Division

Ringmahon Rangers 2–1 Castleview

The seniors picked up three valuable points in their Munster Senior League encounter with Castleview.

Ringmahon opened the scoring in the 36th minute through Ethan Varian.

Castleview equalised in the 59th minute from a corner, setting up a tense finish.

The winner came in the 98th minute when Anthony O’Donnell scored the all-important goal to secure all three points for Ringmahon.

Next up for the seniors is an away trip to St. Mary’s on Thursday!

U11 Premier Division

Ringmahon - 6
Mallow United - 1

Ringmahon Rangers secured a hard-fought victory in the Premier Division on Saturday.

There was very little between the teams in the first half, and a lot of credit must go to Mallow, who were very well organised and worked extremely hard throughout. A draw at half-time was a fair reflection of the opening 30 minutes, with James O’Regan scoring a lovely volley to keep Ringmahon level.

In the second half, the home side went through the gears and were relentless.

Victor Pinfield put us ahead with a superb individual goal, leading by example with an excellent performance.

James O’Regan then added his second of the day to make it 3–1, capping off a superb individual display.

Harry Finnegan hit a late double, showing his ruthlessness in front of goal and continuing his excellent start to the year.

The final goal was scored by Filipe, a fitting reward for a player who was deservedly named Man of the Match after another outstanding performance.

Well done, lads — a superb start to life in the Premier Division!

Unlucky to Mallow, who were unlucky on the day. They played their part in an excellent game and gave everything from start to finish.

U13s Premier Division

Ringmahon - 3
Douglas Hall - 1

Our U13s prem side were in action today in Ringmahon Park against Douglas Hall in a lunchtime kick off.

The young ringers were on the front foot from the first whistle and were trying to find the opening goal with the Hall dangerous on the counter attack.

Our lads went ahead after some great play down the right ended with the ball falling to Josh O'Flynn at the back post who finished well to give us the lead.

We pushed for a 2nd but had to settle for a one nil lead going into half time.

The 2nd half started the same as the 1st and we went 2 nil up after a scramble in the box fell to Kallum Power Morrissey who buried his chance.

We pushed for a 3rd but it was the Hall who struck next as their free kick was half cleared and the finished well from outside the box.

This spurred the young ringers on and we pushed to go 2 in front again and were rewarded when after great forward play, the Hall defender punched the ball off the line, straight red card and pen to the ringers.

Up stepped Fionn Vaughan and the net soon rippled and the boys went on to finish the game strongly.

Another great squad performance with everyone again playing their part.
