A superb road victory at Inch as the 1s put together a strong batting display before defending 246 to secure another vital league win and at a venue that has seen so much disappointment down through the years.
Batting Highlights:
▪️ Bakhtyar delivered a blistering, match-defining knock from the lower order, smashing 61 off just 34 balls (3 fours, 6 sixes).
▪️ Thorne played a vital innings in the middle order, compiling a fine half-century with 52 off 45 balls (5 fours, 4 sixes).
▪️ Donald provided great early impetus with a rapid 45 off 35 balls (6 boundaries).
▪️ Ross (30 off 59 balls) and Josh (25 off 38 balls) provided solid foundational runs up front.
Bowling Highlights:
▪️ Captain Diarmuid led the attack brilliantly, taking 4-34 from his 10 overs.
▪️ Bakhtyar backed up his half-century with 2-32 from 9 overs, including the crucial wicket of Lochie on 93.
▪️ Nabeel finished off the tail with 2-32 (3.5 ov), while William (1-18) and Eshan (1-35 off 10) applied relentless pressure throughout.
