Congratulations to everyone who competed in the Irish national championship this weekend.

Overall we placed third overall among all the clubs that participated in the nationals on the medals table.

Ellie- 3rd in kata, 1st in kumite
Joe- 3rd in kata, 1st in kumite
Darren- 3rd in kata, 1st in kumite
Aoife- 2nd in kata
Ryan- 3rd in kata, 1st in kumite
Ciara- 2nd in kata, second in kumite
Team kata (Clara, Aoife, Ciara, Camilla)- 1st place

The value isn’t in the medals won but the courage to step onto the mat and represent the dojo. Also, the help from those who did not step onto the mat but came to watch and cheer on our club does not go without its recognition.
