✨ Meet Alice! ✨

We’re delighted to welcome Alice to our team!

Alice is a qualified Athletic Therapist with a passion for helping people move better, recover from injury, and perform at their best. Alice studied a 4 year undergraduate degree in Sports Rehabilitation & Athletic Therapy in SETU Carlow. During Alice’s undergraduate she gained experience working in professional soccer and rugby , county level ladies football , masters hockey and older adult health and fitness.

She is also a Certified Mat Pilates Instructor, bringing a movement-focused approach to rehabilitation, strength, and overall wellbeing 🧘‍♀️

Alice holds herself to a very high standard focusing her care on research based treatments and techniques. Alice will be continuing her Continuous Professional Development by carrying out her Trigger Point Dry Needling course in the upcoming weeks 🪡
