Wild Wave Yoga Ciara Finch is a Hatha, Yin, Pre and Post Natal Yoga teacher. Her goal is to break down the myths and barriers that surround Yoga.

Yoga. A lot of people feel nervous to try Yoga because they feel like they need to touch their toes. But in reality, there is no prerequisites to practice yoga. All you truly need is a body and an open mind. Her hope is to provide enjoyable classes allowing space for students to strengthen their bodies and calm their minds as we learn to ride this Wild Wave called life

With connection and community being main pillars of Wild Wave, Ciara has been sharing her Sunrise Special Gatherings in Garretstown Beach for the last 4 years. These events recently won a 'Make Life Richer Award' - a community based award by Gym Plus Coffee that recognise and honour the contributions of those who have worked to build community, promote health, fitness and wellness, and inspire people to lead active and fulfilling lives. It was such an honour for these outdoor events to be recognised, with our modern world being so fast paced and busy, Ciara feels we have lost our connections to ourselves, each other and the world around us. Her goal is always to create a little space for reconnection, community, movement + good vibes, all in the wildest studio in Cork✨
