PRENATAL WORKSHOP
Expecting mums are invited to join Kim & Laura and share their expectations and experiences in a safe and nurturing environment while learning how to prepare physically and mentally for labour.
Learn diaphragmatic breath. How to exercise safely.
How to engage your core and pelvic floor and how to listen to your body.
The session will be 90 minutes and will take place in studio with light refreshments on the 15th of October.
Existing and new clients are more than welcome to join.
