No matter the fitness level you are at, we will help and push you to reach your personal goals and objectives You will be trained by fully qualified instructors in a non competitive environment

END OF AN ERA! Today seen our last classes as Team NRG fitness. We would like to thank each and every person who attended our gym since we established. We've had a very successful time and it would not have been possible without the support from all of you's so thank you all 👏🏼 From nights out, days out climbing mountains, mud runs, beach bootcamp but most importantly meeting life long friends with memories we will always cherish and helping you's all on you're fitness journey for a fitter and healthier life 👌 Its been a blast 💪 Out with the OLD in with the NEW.. Jbfitness will be taking up the classes on the week starting Monday 5th with some great offers to kick it off so check out his page JBfitness for futher info. We wish John the best of luck in his new venture and no better lad for the job 💪 We are meeting for drinks in mannies bar tomorrow evening from 7pm so everyone is welcome to come along and buy us plenty of drink 😂 for the final time 😪 Team NRG 💪

Today was our last Spin class as Team NRG fitness. We would like to thank each and every one who attended our classes if it was one class or our hard core spinners that seldom missed a session we thank you all. Plenty of sweat and laugher which are the two key ingredients in a spin class 😂😓 JBfitness Spin kicks off Tuesday 6th Aug with a few special offers coming up 👌 We are meeting in Mannies bar for a few sociable drinks Sat eve at 7pm hope to see you's all then and bring your A game 😎 🍺🍷Team NRG 💪

This week sees our final weeks training as Team NRG fitness. Good weeks training ahead as usual 💪 We are planning to have a few drinks this Sat night 27th in Convoy and on to letterkenny it would be great if you's could all join us in our final shindig for a nights fun and tears 😂😭🍺 . Our last 4 weeks spinning and B/c block kick off next week. B/C Monday 1st July Spin Tue 2nd. PRICE: B/C €40 STUDENTS €20 or €5 PAYG. SPIN €35 STUDENT €20 or €5 PAYG. We would love to see all our old and current members for our last 4 weeks with a wee shindig to be organised at the end of the month 😊🍺🍾 With JBfitness starting off in August. MAJOR CHANGES COMING! Next month will see the final 4 week block of Team NRG fitness bootcamp and Spinning. We have had fantastic support since we established our gym and are grateful to everyone who have come to our classes. We have decided to step away now to pursue other things in life but will always have the memories of the brilliant time we have had there. While one door closes another door opens and the fantastic news is JBfitness will be taking over the running of the gym and has some big plans ahead moving forward. JB will continue with all the classes we provided along with his own classes, personal training, Pilates and small group training so everyone has lots of variety and can still pursue their fitness goals. So hope everyone can give JB their full support and keep this fantastic facility in the local community. Like always we will run a like and share comp coming up for our next bootcamp and spin starting next week Monday 1st July (spin Tue 2nd) like share tag and leave a preference of choice spin or bootcamp and hope to see all our members for out last 4 week block it'll be emotional 😊 Team NRG 💪

2 good sessions to finish off an excellent weeks training good to see everyone givin 💯 in both spin and B/C this week. Unfortunately once again it's a bank holiday weekend which means NO class this Monday. As much as we would love to have a class we always put the wishes of our members before ours 😊 Spin back Tuesday and B/C back Wednesday. Core with JB tomorrow. Best of luck to our members and local athletes participating in the Derry marathon this weekend and not forgetting Spurs in the champions league final tomorrow eve hopefully they can do the rest of the world a favour 😊🙏 We hope everyone has a safe and enjoyable bank holiday see you's next week.
