Pilates is suitable for a wide range of people, from beginners to professional sports athletes. Incorporating the five basic principles of Pilates in to my teaching, my aim is to help my clients increases joint mobility, strength, flexibility and endurance, as well as boosting energy levels and enhancing self-confidence. This results in a balanced and aligned body that looks fit, feels revitalized
