When Colm came to me he was suffering with lower back pain from an old injury which has been neglected by other coaches in the past. Alot of people steer clear of problematic areas as they're not confident enough to try rehabiltate the issue at hand and instead they just end up working around it, which causes more harm than good 🤔

🔹3 main reasons for injury in my opinion are

🔸weakness
🔸deficencies
🔸 imbalances

🏋Movement quality is important aswell as strengthening and stabilising muscles to improve and balance your body overall.

Colm practising a kettlebell deadlift to target these neglected areas aswell as patterning the hip hinge or deadlift 😉👌
