To all members and visitors to The Woodland range due to an updating of our Health and Safety and our Licenses to operate a shooting range the following conditions are now mandatory of anyone the wishes to use the facilities.
MEMBERS:
A declaration must be signed to conform you are in compliance with
Section 2 paragraph 2
Section 4 paragraph c
Section 8 complete
Of the 1925 Fi****ms act before entering the range and a current fi****ms cert must accompany ALL fi****ms.
VISITORS:
All visitors must sign the above declaration and have a current Fi****ms cert for EACH firearm they intend to use.
If you wish to use club fi****ms a Garda check must be carried out at least 24 hours before you attend. For this purpose, an advance booking of at least 1 week is advised. Full name and address must be provided to allow us to contact the relevant garda station.
We hope this will not inconvenience anyone wishing to use our facility but unfortunately this is part of our operating licence.
