We've had quite a few of our Knock Me Downers on Bay Lough, getting some practice in for the lake stage of the Knock ME Down Adventure Race. Don't get left behind, book your space now at www.BayLoughKayaking.ie. Singles (which you will be using for the race) €18, doubles €25. Each session is an hour long, so plenty of time to get into your stride.
