This 6 Week Strength & Conditioning Block is perfect for teens involved in sport OR those simply wanting to get fitter, stronger & more confident in the gym.

Week 1 – June 16th & June 18th
Week 2 – June 23rd & June 25th
Week 3 – June 30th & July 2nd

Week 5 – July 14th & July 16th
Week 6 – July 21st & July 23rd
💥 12 Sessions Total
💰 €150 for the full 6 weeks
