Can you believe, we’re open TEN YEARS next month 😳

Where has the time gone?

I propose we mark the occasion to celebrate, by playing darts and enjoying some pizza and drinks at Flight Club on Dawson street.

2pm Darts and Brunch with 4 drinks each included.

Suggested dates are

Sat 25th July
Sat 8th August
Sat 15th August

Please comment below which dates you would prefer and I’ll go with the majority.

How often do you train your BALANCE?

Having good balance is vital to prevent falling, especially as we age.

We work on balance every single week in our Pilates and Flow classes. It's really a core exercise in disguise and not to be dismissed.

Don't avoid balance work because you find it too difficult. The more you do it, the easier it gets :)

Think that you can't do strength and cardio at the same time? Think again.

At NoFilter Fitness, we know that your time is precious. That's why we programme sessions in such a way that you get as much bang for your buck in a short amount of time.

Our members simply do not have a spare 4-6 hours each week to spend in the gym. They're mostly working full time, doing school runs and activities, running the house, have other commitments... things that some coaches don't take into consideration.

You're busy, I get it.

But if you do have 2-3 x 45 minute slots available in your week, we'll make sure you make the most of it.

Make it a habit of using a few minutes on a Sunday to book in for your classes for the week.

Booking in advance tells your subconscious mind that you're worth setting time aside for yourself.

We only look after things that we care about, and self care is never selfish ❤️

The problem with most group fitness classes is that there is not enough equipment to go round. One 8kg kettlebell for 20 people is simply not good enough, when Mary finds it too heavy and Joanna finds it waaay too light.

Our circuit classes are dynamic - every weight training station has 2, 3 or 4 different weights to choose from, according to your current needs on that given day.

One person per station, no doubling or tripling up and plenty of space in the room so you're not packed in like sardines in a tin.

Train light or train heavy, it's up to you ❤️
