Adamstown CC participated in a RTE Radio 1 program about Adamstown, that will be broadcasted today 4pm

A community comes of age: 21 years after Ireland's first new town since the 1960's began to become occupied, we hear from some of the people whose families come from all over the world but who regard Adamstown in West Dublin as home.

A Sad Day for Adamstown Cricket Club

It is with deep sorrow that we share the heartbreaking news of the passing of our beloved Secretary, Rajesh Shetty. Today, Adamstown Cricket Club mourns the loss of not just a leader, but a cherished friend, mentor, and vibrant soul.

Rajesh was the heart of our club – jovial, fun-loving, and always ready with a smile. His energy and enthusiasm touched everyone he met, and his contribution to ACC will be remembered for years to come. Rajesh was truly a pillar of Adamstown Cricket wholeheartedly committed to nurturing youth cricket. His vibrant spirit and dedication to the younger generation have clearly left an indelible mark on ACC and the broader community.

We are deeply disheartened to see him leave us so early. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family during this incredibly difficult time. May they find the strength and courage to cope with this irreplaceable loss.

May his soul rest in peace
