Happy New year folks😊

Due to the massive rise in Covid cases in our community and the amount of us in isolation. To make sure we take care of us all as best we can we have decided not to open the Gym for this coming week . We will re assess then.

Dont worry ,💪 as always we will keep training together online .
Can't wait to get started on our 2022 goals together.

All normal classes and personal training will continue from the 4th of January. Personal training will be wattsapp video call and classes will be via zoom. Also we have added extra classes to Make sure we make the most of the situation.

Att all members. The gym will be closed Thursday the 28th and Friday the 29th as a mark of respect due to a sudden bereavement of a member of our staff.
We will reopen Saturday morning at 8am.

Any general gym members are welcome to train this evening between 7pm and 9pm.

Huge thanks to Emma Finnegan who is covering this evenings class at 615pm
