A little over 25kg or 4 stone off. This a a real life-changing result. Matthew is a pleasure to train. He 100% trusted the process and was all in. Consistency, hard work and focus got these results. But there was also a few nights out here and there too.

NOW THIS IS SOME WORK IN A LOCKDOWN🙂 My good friend Matthew has now hit his target and his original goal and is 20kgs down since starting training with me. I am very proud of him. He is a great character and is loved by everyone in the gym. He had his ups and downs, good weeks and bad but he stuck it out and what a result.

The Pyramid of Doom.
My training partners favorite kettlebell work out. Here it is if you want to try it.

Pyramid 2/4/6/8/10/8/6/4/2
First-round do 2 of each then second round do 4 and continue to add 2 each round up to 10 and then come back down.

Exercises-
Two arm swing
Single Arm Swing l/r
Sn**ch l/r
Thruster l/r
Single Arm Row l/r
Push Up

Do the reps for each side in Single Arm Swing, Sn**ch, Thruster and Single Arm Row.

Females Beginner 8kg or 12kg/ Advanced 14kg or 16 kg
Males Beginner 12kg or 16 kg/ Advanced 20kg or 24kg

Make sure to warm up first and cool down after.
