Ugh, summer's almost done, so it's time to get back to pilates, yeah?
Back to the usual stuff from Monday, August 25th.
Same time, 6pm.
We'll be at Claremorris Leisure Centre
It's a beginner-friendly class, but you'll still get a good workout and feel great afterward.
Bookings are at WWW.BUK.IE/PIOTR
Bring your mat and give yourself a few minutes to chill in the studio and fill out the health form if you need to.

Guys.
Due to personal reasons I have to cancel tonight's class.
That also brings us to a little break for the month of August.
Everyone who committed over last couple of months made huge improvements in their practice and should be proud of them selfes.
For now thank you very much and ill see you on mat in short while..

Hi guys.

Just an update for Wednesday's class.

As I spoke to most of you in person, I will stop Wednesday's mixed-level Pilates class until September. With my extra commitments and slight decline in interest, I feel it's for the best.

Class will resume in September, and it will most likely be on a different day.

For now, I just want to thank you all who were there up to now.

I will see you again in a few months with more ideas for the class.

Monday's class stays on schedule for now, but we will take a short break, most likely in August.
