What sport is all about, two absolute warriors going to war for 12 rounds, both lads giving it their all. Both lads friends after the fight.
This fight went down to the wire in a very close fight. Brandon having his hand raised as the new World 67kg Professional Champion.
Gary the leader that he is always magnanimous in victory and gracious in defeat. Treating his opponents with dignity and respect showing his noble character as much as his high class.

Both lads weighing exactly the same @ 66.9kg ahead of their 67kg WKA Professional World Title Fight tomorrow night.

This night week Gary Mc Donnell will be stepping into the ring in Bedford International Athletics Stadium. He faces the very heavy hitting Brandon Cook.
Both lads hope to be crowned the new World Professional 67kg Kickboxing Champion.

From now until all exams are finished we will be offering free classes to all students who are sitting their leaving or junior cert state exams.

Don't let exams get you stressed, the heavy bag is a therapist, psychologist, holistic healer & destresser all in one.

Exercise can also boost memory and thinking indirectly by improving mood and sleep, and by reducing stress and anxiety.
