This weekend we held a group ISCA training with members from all our chapters in attendance as well as our friends Medieval Combat Wales ! The session was taken by Barney More Dangerous Every Day , there is nothing like being taught by a world champion to help you level up. Barney offers a range of coaching sessions - get in touch with him now to book in 💪.

The weather was on point ☀️, being cooked in your own armour is an experience! However it does prepare you for fighting abroad where the weather is hotter!

A great day! We are now looking forward to Tournament of Deeds hosted by us at our home in Ledbury. Bring it on!

What a weekend! The inaugural was everything it promised to be and more.

ISCA 1 fought on Saturday and very narrowly missed the bronze medal in a very close run fight for the podium spot with and . Well done GSB for winning the medal.

ISCA 2 fought today and we are proud of them and their determination. Looking forward to seeing them in future tournaments.

Daisy fought with the Hellions of ACG and came away with bronze. Steph fought with White Company and came away with Silver!

Greg our Captain won the Champions fight coming away with a beautiful engraved sword!

We also had 2 members Shep and Ethan who were marshalling and Sian who was doing her secretary training! Without people in these roles tournaments wouldn’t be able to happen, we are proud to have members who do these vital jobs.

The main thing we love about this sport is the community, we loved catching up with all our friends in other teams.

Huge thank you to the organisers and marshals who make these tournaments possible!

ISCA had three members head over to Germany this weekend for the Swaiut Toringi Cup. Our Captain Greg, Kiran (who has duel membership with ) and Ethan formed part of the Primus team along with George, Andrew and Jack from , Alex from , Rory from and George from .

Unfortunately they missed out on medals in Buhurt but Greg came away with Silver in Polearm and Jack with Bronze in Longsword.

Nice one everyone! We hope you had a cracking time!

Special shout out to Ethan who went all the way to support and then stepped up to Marshal today as well! What a fantastic team member ❤️💚

What a weekend and what a way to kick off the season!

The Castleton Cup was epic! ISCA 1 came in 4th which we are happy with and is a good building block for the rest of the season. Our second team is showing real promise and we can’t wait to see what they have in store for the rest of the season.

We are thrilled that Daisy from our Chapter won Female Will to Win! She fought with the amazing Hellions of . We are extremely proud of you Daisy!

A huge thank you to and for all the hard work they put in to not only this event but furthering the sport as a whole. We are so grateful!

Another huge thank you to the Marshals who keep us all safe!

We would also like to thank everyone who supported us this weekend we really appreciate you!

The season is starting! We are on our way to Rochdale to complete in the Castleton Cup hosted by ! ISCA is fielding 2 teams for the 5v5 Buhurt, 1 team for the 12v12 and 4 people duelling!

We can’t wait to get there - see you in the List!
