Katie Mairead Dance School Dance classes: Tubbercurry Ballet (Mon), Charlestown Acro (Wed), Tubbercurry AcroArts (Thurs), Castlebar Ballet & Acro (Fri) 🩰

We strive to provide a nurturing environment for all our students, encouraging them to reach their potential whilst having a lot of fun. Our classes are structured in a relaxed format with exams available for those students who want them from the 'Irish Board of Dance Performance'. The IBDP is an Irish-based dance examining body offering performance-based, encouraging and child-centred exams. We aim to inspire confidence and expression through dance for all our students.

✨ Registration for September is NOW OPEN! ✨

Join us every Thursday at St Brigid’s Hall, Tubbercurry for fun, challenging and exciting Acro classes designed to build strength, flexibility, confidence and coordination.

🤸 Beginner: 4:00pm – 4:45pm
🤸 Intermediate: 4:45pm – 5:30pm
🤸 Advanced: 5:30pm – 6:30pm

Whether your child is just starting their Acro journey or ready to develop more advanced skills, we have a class to suit them.

Looking for a fun and active class for your child?

Our Acro classes for boys and girls help students develop strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and confidence while learning exciting acrobatic skills in a safe and supportive environment.

Whether they’re completely new to Acro or already working on advanced skills, we have a class to suit them!

Then continue with your class times:

⭐ Beginner Acro (Ages 4+) – 4:00pm–4:45pm
⭐ Intermediate Acro – 4:45pm–5:30pm
⭐ Advanced Acro – 5:30pm–6:30pm

A huge thank you to all of our amazing Charlestown students for the most thoughtful and special wedding gift. The beautiful memory box, filled with your gorgeous handmade cards and all your lovely good luck messages, means more to us than you could ever imagine 💌✨

Every single drawing, kind word and little message has been read and treasured — you are all so incredibly kind and thoughtful, and we feel so lucky to have such a wonderful group of students ❤️

And the Quackers wedding ducks… I mean how cute are they!! 🦆💛 They gave us such a laugh and will definitely have pride of place as a keepsake from you all.

Thank you for making us feel so loved and celebrated — it truly meant the world to both of us. We are so grateful to have you all as part of our dance family 🩰✨
