Gordons Cushla RSZ Z, a striking grey gelding by Ganesh Hero Z out of a Candaletto dam, was purchased through Cavan Horse Sales as a 3-year-old in August 2022. He quickly made his mark in the young horse ranks under Vincent Byrne, showcasing his talent in age classes and catching the eye as a promising future prospect.

Since then, the pair have continued to progress through the young horse ranks, with Gordons Cushla RSZ Z competing at national level and featuring in the prestigious Irish Breeders Classic 5 & 6-Year-Old Final in 2024. Reaching this stage is a testament to the horse's quality, careful production, and consistent development.

From a 3-year-old purchase at Cavan to competing among Ireland's top young jumping horses, Gordons Cushla RSZ Z continues to demonstrate the potential that first attracted buyers back in 2022.

Another busy, successful and enjoyable Performance Horse & Pony sale has just passed at Cavan Equestrian. With all the business of showing, buying and selling to be done it sure is a busy time for all involved.
