Breffni Duathlon

Breffni Duathlon Perfect for seasoned athletes as well as first-time participants! Everyone is welcome to come along this year and take part in the fun!

The Breffni Duathlon takes place in the Cavan Drumlin Area of Drumgoon, close to Cootehill, Shercock and Canningstown. The event, scheduled for Saturday, 27th September 2014, comprises two disciplines (running and cycling) over three legs (Run - Bike - Run). Starting at Gallonray House, where you will find changing facilities, warm-up area, refreshments and a bar/restaurant for your entourage, thi

s is perhaps an ideal location for your next Duathlon event (if you're a seasoned campaigner) or for you to test yourself in a novel and new fun event....to set a new challenge or to prove to the kids that you 'still have it in you'.

The countdown is well and truly on for the CAVANKAYAKARUN 2015.....

Lots of questions are coming in regarding the different routes at this years event, so to try and answer any queries you may have we are going to pick an event a day and post all relevent info!
