The Workshop - will be celebrating 3 years of the official opening in St. Patrick's St. on the 1st of November.

It's certainly been eventful, with 2022 being the first full year without lockdowns.

I'd like to say a massive thank you to all who have come through the studio doors over the past 3 years, and continue to support the business, without you I could not survive, I hope to be about this time next year, but as 2020 reminded us, we can never predict the future.
I would like to offer my past & current Clients an opportunity to win a Gift Voucher for €50 to be used against 2023 classes, all I'd like you to do is comment on what class/service you take part in at The Workshop and what you hopefully :-) like about it ;-) and if there is anything new you would like to see in 2023 at The Workshop - Thank you so very much for your support & friendship 🙏🙏

The problem with Bank Holidays is that the week then runs away with you 😉 happy Wednesday already!
8.30pm Tuesday step, I have a coat left behind in the studio, hardly surprising 😮 it's a sweaty class, pm if you need to arrange collection.

I have some PAYG options on Yin Yoga at 8.30pm this evening - the Yin class is focused on longer held stretches, we will be working the entire body, working deep into muscle and connective tissue, mixed class all welcome - online booking please

Start Date: Wednesday 26th October - 14th December 6.30pm Thursday 27th October - 15th December 7.30pm This is an 8-week block of classes taking you up to the Christmas break Primarily mat based using a variety of props like the Pilates ring, roller & resistance band
